Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM Eastern Time will begin processing that day, excluding holidays.
These orders will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification.
All orders placed after 2 PM Eastern Time will begin processing the next business day, and ship within 48 hours.
Orders placed on Friday after 2 PM Eastern Time will begin processing on the following Monday.
Unless specified otherwise, the cost of Shipping and Handling is calculated based on the combined weight of all items in the order. You can see the estimate during the ordering process by pressing "Estimate Shipping" button at the checkout.

We use UPS and US Postal Service for delivery.
We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
UPS delivers only to street addresses.
In accordance with the respective state laws
please do not try to ship any stun devices
to the state of New York, New Jersey, Illinois, Massachusetts, or Michigan.
Mace and pepper sprays to the state of New York or Massachusetts.
All such orders to the mentioned states will be stopped.

Estimated shipping cost
The estimated shipping cost varies with the size of your order.
For convenience of our customers we implemented a "not-to-exceed" shipping charge of $10 for most orders
within 48 continental states. For some orders shipping charge canbe even less.

by pressing the Estimate Shipping button.
What is your return policy?
It is just common sense and rather easy:
Unwanted Pepper spray and Mace.
Please be advised that by the nature of the merchandise we can not re-stock Pepper Spray and Mace products that were opened
or with broken protective shells, or with destroyed safety seals.
Self-defense situations are too critical to allow any malfunction or lower pressure in the canister of the product.
We can not re-test them and assure their 100% reliability for future customers.
Defective or malfunctioning sprays is a different story, so please read below.
We think all of you understand how important and uncompromising this provision is.
Still unopened and in the intact package?
No problem. If you do not like the merchandise you bought from PepperSprayCenter.com for any reason whatsoever you can return it within 30 days of receipt.
The merchandise MUST BE unopened, in the original packaging, with seals, with all original accessories and with all instructions, manuals and other relevant materials that came with the product.
Replacement of defective merchandise.
We offer 30-day replacement guarantee on any merchandise bought from PepperSprayCenter.com.
If any product, including Pepper sprays and Mace, is proven defective or malfunctioning within 30 days after the shipment we will replace it immediately.
It is a very good practice to test the product you received right away.
Where do I send my return or exchange?
The return mailing address depends on the product you plan to return.
Please contact us and the appropriate mailing address will be sent to you in the email along with the Return Authorization Number.
You should contact PepperSprayCenter.com first TO OBTAIN THE RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
Packages without the Authorization Number can not be identified and will not be processed.

How do I make a return or exchange?
Check when you received the merchandise.
If it is within 30 days, and the merchandise was not opened, was not used
send your return/exchange request to support@PepperSprayCenter.com.
When you receive the Return Authorization Number and the mailing address,
securely pack and seal the return merchandise in an appropriate shipping box or envelope.
Send it back to us using an insured or traceable service to the address you received in the email.
The insured service will provide you with recourse on your package,
as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.
When will I get my refund?
Once your package has been received at PepperSprayCenter.com, your refund will be processed within five-ten business days.
You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.
Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction
to your account once they have received the information from PepperSprayCenter.com.
