KANSAS CITY, MO - The Guardian Angels patrol the streets of Waldo area on Saturday and Sunday. The Guardian Angels were asked to patrol Waldo by residents concerned about the serial rapist. The group members wear red berets and can be easily seen and identified. They don't carry weapons, they're trained in martial arts & self defense, but aren't out to hurt people, rather help people.
